There is a danger of reversing equipment when using lighter than recommended equipment or with large or small arms longer than standard length, so it must be installed on equipment that meets the recommended weight.
Some devices may exceed the allowable value and lead to device safety. Ask the equipment manufacturer about the allowable weight of the hydraulic accessories that can be installed。
No.2:hydraulic pressure system
The hydraulic system of the equipment requires the flow and pressure required for the operation of the mouthpiece shear. In the case of insufficient equipment flow, the working speed of the blade will be slower, and the shear force of the blade will be weaker in the case of low pressure. The excavator eagle beak shear: at least 1″(25.4mm in the hydraulic line). When using small pipelines, the standby pressure will rise, the operating pressure will rise, and the heat in the pipeline.
The hose and hard pipes used in the main road should be used to meet the high working pressure and the high use flow. Not the general mineral hydraulic oil, but biodegradable characteristics of hydraulic oil or flame retardant hydraulic oil, may shorten the life of the oil seal. The excavator produces more heat than when excavating, so check the viscosity and temperature of the hydraulic oil. When using hydraulic shear, the allowable range of the hydraulic oil viscosity is 12 to 500 cSt independent of the usual oil temperature. When the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low or too high, the hydraulic accessories of the eagle mouth cut and the equipment are not only unable to play its performance, but also may cause the damage of the hydraulic accessories and shorten the life. After the first installation or repair and installation again, because there is no hydraulic oil inside the eagle beak shear, so it may consume a lot of hydraulic oil on the equipment. Before using the beak cut, you must check the hydraulic oil level in the tank of the equipment and supplement the insufficient part.
NO.3:The crusher pipeline is transformed into a hydraulic shear line
When the crusher pipeline has been installed on the equipment of the excavator, it is necessary to transform the crusher pipeline into a hydraulic shear pipeline or a hydraulic shear-crusher common pipeline. At this point, the low pressure side of the crusher is used on the cut close (port A).
When the low pressure pipe in the standard crusher pipe is a low pressure accessory, the hose and hard pipe should be replaced with high pressure accessories and transformed into possible circuits for both parties. The high pressure side of the crusher is the set pressure of the overflow valve of the standard crusher line. However, the setting pressure should be set above 230bar.
